1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship through registered mail, arrival usually takes two weeks. We will also send you a tracking number. All of our items are carefuly bubble wrapped, and placed inside a box with the hook n' loop logo. If you want your item gift wrapped, let us know!
2. How long will it take you to send my order out?
We send out all of the orders twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays, so your order will be sent out within 3 days of when you ordered. If you need express shipping, let us know. We will ship through ems, take note that this is a little bit more expensive then regular shipping (about $20, depending on the country)
3. Why do you only accept payments made with PayPal?
Because PayPal is free to use upon signing up, and doesn't give away any of your information when you buy. Plus it's one of the most reliable payment methods for e-commerce.
4. What if I'm not satisfied with what I purchased?
If for some reason something happened to what you ordered in the mail or you do not like what you receive, let us know and we will work out a refund.
